Quisiera saber si las cápsulas que se tiene que tomar por las mañanas se toman en ayunas, después de desayunar o durante el desayuno?

Se recomienda tomar 2 cápsulas por la mañana junto con un vaso de agua (200 ml), es indiferente tomarlo con o sin comida, aunque si experimentara malestar estomacal, sería preferible tomarlo después del desayuno.
Por la noche se recomienda tomar durante la cena, también junto con un gran vaso de agua (200 ml).
