Preparation and recommendation:
Place the bag in a cup and pour approximately 200 ml of boiling water. Leave to rest for about 8 minutes and then remove the bag.
Adults: take 2 to 3 cups of infusion a day.
Pregnancy and lactation: take 1 to 2 cups of infusion per day.
Children from 3 years old: take 1 to 2 cups of infusion a day.
