How to prepare it:
- The infusions are made by pouring boiling water into a cup, to which is added a dessert spoon or a filter with the plant . Let it rest for about 5-10 minutes, covering the cup to prevent the loss of volatile compounds. It can then be sweetened with sugar, artificial sweeteners, or honey.
- It is advisable to drink 2-3 cups a day, before or after meals.
- It is recommended to drink a large amount of water, juices and other liquids to enhance the effects.
