COLD THERAPY: For optimal results, place the mask in the freezer (-15º C) for at least 30 min. before use.
HEAT THERAPY:
- Immerse the mask in hot water (max. 80º C) for 8 min.
- Before dipping the package, remove the container from the heat source.
- Let the mask sit out of the water for 1 min. before applying.
It is recommended to use a clean towel for application.
