Ingredients:Myoinositol, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), anti-caking agent: colloidal silica (E-551), zinc oxide, melatonin, pteroylmonoglutamic acid.
Contains:
- Myoinositol: is a natural compound that belongs to the vitamin B complex. It is present in a variety of foods such as cereals with a high bran content, nuts, meats, fruits and vegetables. In the body, myoinositol is part of structural components.
- Folic acid: is a vitamin of group B (vitamin B9). It is found in the liver, nuts and cereals. Folic acid contributes to the process of cell division. In addition, folic acid contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine. Supplemental intake of folic acid increases maternal folate levels. Low maternal folate is a risk factor for neural tube defects in the developing fetus. This beneficial effect is reported to be obtained with a daily supplemental intake of folic acid of 400 µg for at least one month before conception and up to three months after.
- Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol): contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium and to the process of cell division. The sun is our main source of vitamin D and it is present in low amounts in food. Fatty fish (tuna, salmon and mackerel) are the best sources of vitamin D. Their contribution to the diet helps to achieve adequate levels of vitamin D.
- Zinc: zinc is a micromineral (those that the body needs in small amounts). They are also known as trace elements. Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction.
- Melatonin: is a substance produced in the brain by the pineal gland. The synthesis and release of melatonin are stimulated by darkness and suppressed by light. Melatonin has antioxidant activity and its production decreases with age.
Instructions for use:
Recommended daily dose: take 1 sachet per day. It is advisable to take Ovusitol D half an hour or an hour before going to bed, preferably at the same time each day. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water.
