PRACTICAL TOP COVER
- Top lid that allows airflow during fermentation. Made with materials suitable for food use and available in two colors that will brighten up your kitchen. The lid includes a charcoal felt insert that helps trap odors during fermentation. You can use the filter for months of continuous kombucha brewing before replacing it. You will receive two extra filters with your kombucha brewer. In the center of the lid you will find a convenient round hole where you can insert the fermentation clock. This way, you'll never forget when your drink is ready.
SPECIAL DESIGN OF GLASS JAR
- The quality glass jar is custom made from small scale production. We design special handmade jars, of the best quality hand-blown transparent glass. 7L capacity which is perfect for brewing about 1.5 gallons/5.7L of fermented beverage. If you are using the jar as a beverage dispenser, you can easily fill it to the top.
DOG AND WOODEN SUPPORT
- Stainless steel spigot for easy pouring of homemade kombucha is attached to the bottom half of the mason jar. Includes the mesh that can be attached to the end of the faucet to strain the kombucha strains when pouring. With the help of the wooden stand, you can easily pour the drink into the glass drinking jars. No longer will the heavy proofer need to be moved to the edge of the counter for easy pouring.
FERMENTATION CLOCK
- Keep track of your fermentation time with a handy clock that is included with the fermenter. You can put it in the gap of the top silicone lid when it starts to ferment: turn the clock to mark the day of fermentation start and let it ferment.

Estoy súper contenta .lo importante es que se prepara su enfermentacion súper y no tienes peligra a que te pueda entrar .algún bichos.
