Indications
- Primary and secondary varicose veins.
- Chronic Venous Insufficiency.
- Edemas and varicose changes during pregnancy.
- Edematous swellings of various causes, including post-traumatic and/or post-operative.
- Thrombophlebitis and as an adjuvant in case of phlebothrombosis.
- Post-thrombotic syndrome.
- After venous surgery and as an adjuvant in sclerotherapy.
- Lymphedema and lipedema.
- Angiodysplasia, congestive states due to immobility (for example, in paresis or partial paralysis of the lower extremity, arthrogenic congestive syndrome).
- Prophylaxis of thrombosis and ulcers.
Absolute contraindications:
- Advanced peripheral arterial obstructive disease
- Decompensated heart failure
- Septic phlebitis
- Phlegmasia cerulea dolens
Relative contraindications:
- Allergy to stocking materials
- Moist dermatoses
- Dysesthesias (eg, advanced peripheral neuropathy from diabetes mellitus)
- Chronic polyarthritis
- Severe disturbances of sensation in the extremities

Estos pantys, al ser de compresión normal, son bastante tupidos.
Para saber la talla debes medir el contorno de tobillo, pantorrilla e ingle. Si con estas tres medidas hay duda entre varias tallas, puedes medir el resto de puntos para elegir la más adecuada. Recomendamos tomar medidas a primera hora de la mañana, antes de que las piernas puedan hincharse.

Farmalastic solo llega hasta 72 cm de cG. También tenemos medias de compresión de Jobst, y estas si hacen más talla. La talla VI es para una cG de 60-81 cm.
