Can it be used in bed?
Yes, it can be used in bed. If you plan to use the product for an extended period or if you are likely to fall asleep with it on, it is recommended to set the temperature to level 1. Also, make sure the control is not covered to prevent overheating of some of the electronic components, as this could affect its operation. The heating pad is equipped with an automatic shut-off system after 3 hours of operation. Therefore, the product cannot be left on all night.
Can all family members use it?
Children under 3 years of age, who are less sensitive to heat, cannot use it. Children between 3 and 8 years of age can use it under supervision and with the control device always set to the lowest temperature level.
Is it suitable for people with pacemakers?
The heating pad complies with all applicable safety regulations. However, as a precaution, we recommend avoiding continued use by people with pacemakers.
Is it suitable for pets?
It is not suitable for heating animals.
Under what conditions should it not be used?
It should not be used if wet, folded, or wrinkled. It should not be exposed to the elements, moisture, or extreme temperatures. It should not be used with wet hands or wet feet. Pins or needles should also not be inserted into it.
Can it be tumble dried?
Yes, with a few things in mind. It should be dried at a moderate temperature, removed from the dryer as soon as the drying cycle is complete, and then laid out to air dry completely. Do not use until completely dry.
