How is it used?
- Use the Waterpik® oral irrigator after brushing, especially at night.
- Follow the instructions below:
- Fill the reservoir with warm water and place it firmly on the base.
- Choose the nozzle you need and place it on the handle.
- Starting with the lowest pressure setting, lean over the sink and place the nozzle in your mouth.
- Turn on the device.
- Close your lips slightly to avoid splashing, but allow the water to flow from your mouth into the sink.
- Direct the jet at a 90 degree angle towards your gums.
- Regulate the pressure according to your needs.
- When you're done, turn off the appliance and press the eject button on the nozzle.
- Throw away excess liquid and leave the tank empty. For best results, start in the molar area (back teeth) working towards the front teeth.
- Follow the gum line, pausing briefly between teeth until you have cleaned the inside and outside of the upper and lower teeth.
