Instructions for use:

Take 4 capsules of Sea Buckthorn oil a day for the first two months, together or in two separate doses. From the third month onwards, take 2 capsules of OlioVita a day.

Ya estoy utilizando este producto, Oliovits Vitae desde hace un tiempo, me parece que ayuda a la que la sequedad del cuerpo, piel y mucosas no sea tan rápida, mejora la hidratación y elasticidad tanto de piel y mucosas. El protector no lo,he tomado todavía, lo empezaré a tomar en Junio para el sol del verano.
