Intended Use:

This paragraph briefly describes the intended use of the wheelchair. Notices pertaining to instructions are also included in other paragraphs. In this way, it is intended to warn the user of a possible misuse of the chair.

Indications and contraindications:

The user can propel the chair himself wheelchair or have a companion to push it. The wheelchair is designed for people with reduced or no mobility. The different types of accessories and its modular construction allow it to be fully used by the elderly as well as by disabled people due to: paralysis, loss of limbs (leg amputation), deformities or defects in the limbs, stiff or damaged joints, heart failure or circulatory disorders, balance problems, cachexia (muscular atrophy).

• The wheelchair can be used indoors and/or outdoors.
• The wheelchair is designed to transport 1 person with a maximum weight of 130 kg.
• It is not designed to transport goods or objects, or for uses other than those described above.
• Use only accessories and replacement parts approved by Vermeiren.

• The warranty for this product is based on normal use and maintenance described in this manual. The guarantee is invalidated if the product suffers any damage caused by improper use or lack of maintenance.
