How to take it:

Take 2 tablets a day, preferably on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before a meal or 3 hours after).

For maximum time-release effect take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 in the evening, approximately 10 hours apart.

Contains:

α-Lipoic Acid: Known for its antioxidant properties and as a coenzyme in cellular metabolism, where it is involved in important metabolic cycles such as energy production in cells.

Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA): Endogenous substance that is involved in various physiological processes related to cannabinoid receptors.
