Tiobec® 400 is a food supplement formulated with α-Lipoic Acid, B vitamins, Folic Acid, Vitamin C and Vitamin E, ideal for supplementing the daily diet in situations where it is necessary. α-Lipoic Acid acts as an antioxidant and coenzyme in cellular metabolism, promoting energy production. Vitamins C and E help protect cells against oxidative stress, while Vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. This product is gluten-free, lactose-free and doping-free, with 40 fast- and slow-release tablets.

How to use:

Take 1 or 2 tablets a day, preferably on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before a meal or 3 hours after).

For maximum time-release effect take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 in the evening, approximately 10 hours apart.

Contains:

α-Lipoic Acid:known for its antioxidant properties and as a coenzyme in cellular metabolism, where it is involved in important metabolic cycles such as energy production in cells.
Vitamin C and Vitamin E:help protect cells from oxidative stress.
Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12:contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
