INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Place the impregnated bandages around the leg starting at the ankle and overlapping the edges by approximately 1 cm. Don't roll them too tight.
2. At the knee, straighten the leg and continue to wrap it up to the groin area.
3. Secure the end under the last loop of the bandage. Repeat on the other leg.
4. Put on your pants and tie them at the waist. Relax and let it work for at least 50 minutes.
5. Remove the bandages and clean the remains that remain on the skin by massaging with upward movements to intensify the effects of the treatment. To achieve a cryoactive effect in summer, keep the bandages in the refrigerator for at least half an hour before use.
