Description

Rhinodouche is a nasal irrigator for high-volume cleaning, allowing the removal of excess mucus, secretions, contaminant particles, allergens and pathogens deposited in the nasal mucosa. Its flexible device allows the preparation of saline solution inside and the liquid to be pushed into the nasal passages and paranasal sinuses by pressing it. The pressure is easily adjusted by hand. It fits perfectly into the nostril thanks to its ergonomic nasal adapter. It is reusable and easy to transport. The solution obtained with Rhinodouche Sal helps to thin the mucus, facilitating its expulsion.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Pour the contents of one Rhinodouche sachet into the bottle.
Add clean, warm water (35-39ºC) to the 500 mL mark and shake well until the salts dissolve.
Place the nasal adapter tube into the bottle and close the cap firmly to ensure a tight seal. Leaning over the sink with your head forward, insert the nasal adapter into one nostril, applying gentle pressure to seal. Breathe through your mouth.
Gently squeeze the bottle in the center, placing your thumb on the back circle. The liquid will enter the nose and exit the other nostril, carrying away mucus, pus and crusts.
Irrigate for 10-20 seconds, maintaining pressure while the adapter is inserted. Then repeat the process in the other nostril.
Repeat alternating nostrils until the solution is used up.

INDICATIONS:

Nasal irrigation with Rhinodouche is indicated for:

Nasal obstruction due to excess mucus (colds).
Infectious rhinitis caused by viruses or bacteria.
Acute and chronic rhinitis/rhinosinusitis (allergic, atrophic or during pregnancy).
Postoperative care after endonasal surgery.
Snoring caused by nasal obstruction due to accumulation of secretions.
Nasal cleansing before administration of intranasal medication.
Daily hygiene of the nasal passages.
