Instructions for Use:
- Open the envelope and remove the patch.
- Remove the clear protective film.
- Apply the patch to the affected area, making sure it adheres properly.
- Wait 10-15 minutes until you feel the sensation of heat.
To increase the sensation of heat, before applying the patch, moisten the adhesive side with warm water to activate the heat effect. Leave the patch on to work for 24 hours, then replace it with a new one.
