Clean the denture and dry it well. Rub it with the emery paper for about 5min on each part divided by the tear, until the surface becomes rough.
CAUTION: do not touch with any instrument or apply the paste on the surface to be joined; Do not scratch the surface to be glued with the sandpaper, but only the upper part of the prosthesis.
Remove the block of clay from the package and place it on a flat surface. Insert the parts of the prosthesis separated by the break into the block of plasticine, making them coincide. Make sure the parts are well joined and fixed.
Open bottle A, which contains the pre-dosed powder, add 35 to 40 drops of the liquid contained in bottle B, using the corresponding dropper. Mix with the spatula until obtaining a homogeneous compound with a sticky density.
Using the spatula, apply the compound on the joined parts, along the entire length of the break, until obtaining a thickness of about 2mm, with a width of 5/6mm covering the previously sanded surface with the paper emery.
Moisten the tip of a finger with liquid B and even out the applied layer. Wait 15 minutes to ensure that the compound has completely hardened (hardening time depends on ambient temperature). The possible presence of a white rim does not alter the repair.
Remove the denture from the block of clay. Clean the prosthesis again from possible plasticine residues. Remove any compound residues that may have remained after the repair with emery paper.
Releasing a tooth from the prosthesis: clean both the tooth and the cavity with a piece of cotton soaked in liquid B. Insert the composite (see 4) into the cavity and place the tooth. Moisten a fingertip in Liquid B, then wipe away any excess compound around the newly bonded tooth. Allow to harden for 15 minutes.
