The Ozoile component of Procten stimulates the production of cytokines and interleukins both in the acute phase and in the chronic phase, inactivates Cyclooxygenase and activates Aminooxidase (MAO and DAO), which reduces concentrations of Prostaglandins involved in the painful sensation, as well as histamine and serotonin involved in the phenomena of redness and itching. Its association with Glycyrrhizic Acid, which causes an accumulation of glucorticoids, and with the anthocyanosides of Black Currant, with an action similar to cortisone, determine a strong analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipruritic action.

Ozoile's stable ozonoids provide immediately bioavailable oxygen and reactivate the metabolic function of mitochondria, accelerating the production of ATP. This allows cells to more quickly perform mitosis and cell renewal. In addition, Ozoile induces the synthesis and stimulation of various growth factors associated with the proliferation of fibroblasts, the synthesis of collagen fibers and angiogenesis, playing a fundamental role in the skin healing process. In association with Cera Alba and Hyaluronic Acid, it regenerates tissues and allows them to heal.

Instructions for use:
In case of proctitis, place the rectal cannula on the tube and apply to the affected area morning and afternoon, and after each evacuation, until the situation normalizes.
