Dosage:
- It is recommended to ingest 1 to 2 drops of niaouli oil on a neutral support, with a maximum of 5 drops per day. The maximum recommended daily dose of oil is 5 drops, equivalent to 200 mg.
- To take advantage of the skin tonic action of niaouli essential oil, it is suggested to add 1 drop of AEQT Niaulí and 1 drop of AEQT Geranium of Egypt in the night cream.
