The recommended dosage is as follows:
- Ingest 1 to 2 drops on a neutral support. The maximum recommended daily dose of oil is 2 drops, equivalent to 75 mg.
- Skin use: Apply 2 to 3 drops directly to the affected skin as an antiseptic measure or to take advantage of its antibacterial and antifungal properties in the treated area.
- Inhalation: Either by diffusion into the air or by applying a few drops to a handkerchief or candle, the aroma of the oil will effectively repel mosquitoes and help raise your positive energy.
