Dosage:
Take 2 drops on a neutral support 3 times a day. Maximum recommended daily dose of oil: 6 drops - 220 mg.
Tips:
Formula to increase natural defenses during winter: In a 10 ml bottle: 150 drops AEQT Ravintsara + 70 drops AEQT Eucalyptus radiata + 35 drops AEQT Laurel + 35 drops AEQT Niauli.
In diffusion: A few drops of the synergy in any type of essential oil diffuser.
