Description
Hybrid product of Mentha aquatica and Mint, this 80 cm plant is very lively. Its stems are quadrangular, the leaves oval, sharp and toothed. It inhabits fresh, clayey and calcareous soils. Its distillation takes place in June, just before flowering.

Dosage:
Take 1 to 2 drops on a neutral support, maximum 4 drops a day. Maximum recommended daily dose of oil: 4 drops - 150 mg.
Tips:
1 drop AEQT Peppermint in 14 cubes of cane sugar to suck before a date will provide breath with all the freshness of mint and will also improve digestion.
