Perennial shrub that can reach 30 cm in height. It has small curved lanceolate leaves. The stem is woody and the branches are ascending. The flowers are pale pink grouped in dense inflorescences. Thyme vulgaris qt thymol is one of the 6 thyme chemotypes identified by Passet, Granger, and Vernet. It grows in the south of France (mainly in Provence) on calcareous soils.
Dosage:
Ingest 1 drop on a neutral support 3 times a day. Maximum recommended daily dose of oil: 3 drops - 120 mg.

For respiratory infections, spread the following mixture: 13 AEQT Thyme qt thymol + 13 AEQT Eucalyptus radiata + 13 AEQT Lavender.
