Small shrub with hardy leaves common in the low mountains of the Mediterranean region of North Africa. Its leaves are linear, coriaceous, resistant, with parallel edges rolled below. Its flowers are bluish, sometimes white. The cineole chemotype rosemary produces an essential oil similar to that of eucalyptus radiata and camphor tree. Their oil is used for the same indications and they are associated with each other to obtain a superior synergy effect.
Dosage
"Take 1 to 2 drops on a neutral support, maximum 3 drops a day. Maximum recommended daily dose of oil: 3 drops - 100 mg.
Tips
With 10 drops AEQT Rosemary chemotype cineol + 30 ml of AV of apricot nut in a bottle with a glass pipette and rubber nipple.
Very effective nasal drops are obtained to unclog, soften and care for a stuffy nose.
