Tips for cosmetic use:
- For dry and irritated skin:Avocado oil is ideal, as it restores softness and elasticity to the skin.
- Hair mask:Use avocado oil to strengthen hair and prevent hair loss.
Tips and tricks:
- For damaged hair: 1 or 2 times a week, massage between 1 and 3 tablespoons of avocado oil into damp, clean hair. Heat the oil with your hands and massage from roots to ends. Then, massage the scalp to distribute the oil well. Wrap hair in a warm towel for 1 hour to overnight. Finally, rinse with a mild shampoo. You will notice that your hair becomes stronger, softer and smoother.
