Yes, at the time of the delivery, you detect that the packaging is damaged, beaten or broken, you must indicate this in writing on the carrier's delivery note and contact, within twenty-four calendar hours following receipt, the pharmacy office. In the event that, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any or all of the products in your order, you have a period of fourteen business days, counting from the date of delivery, to exercise the right of withdrawal granted by law, provided that the product is in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Any sale made outside this economic area will be immediately refunded.
