Ingredients:
- Protein (Whey): It is a protein of the highest biological value, as well as being an easily absorbed and digestible protein. Proteins are of special interest as they contribute to the maintenance and development of muscle mass.
- Carbohydrates: Combination of short and long chain carbohydrates.
- B vitamins (50% NRV*): Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism, vitamins B1 and B3 contribute to normal energy metabolism, and vitamins B2 and B12 help to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
- Vitamin D (50% NRV*): Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of bones under normal conditions and the normal functioning of muscles.
- Dairy ferments: its composition includes Lactobacillus Acidophillus with a probiotic effect.
When to take?
- Take one dose at breakfast and after physical exercise.
Preparation:
- Mix 30 g in 200ml (a glass) of water.
