Cereal porridge adapted to the nutritional needs of adults, rich in minerals and a source of vitamins. Breakfast, snack or dessert of high nutritional value.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Slowly add 30 g of product (3 level tablespoons) in 200 ml of cold or warm semi-skimmed milk, stirring until completely dissolved. It can also be prepared with water, lactose-free milk, or other varieties of milk.
If it is not consumed at the time of its preparation, consume during the first 6 hours or store in the refrigerator for a maximum of 24 hours.
Once prepared, and if you wish, you can add cocoa powder, soluble coffee, cinnamon or vanilla to obtain a greater variety of flavors. If you add more semi-skimmed milk you can obtain a more liquid consistency and take it as a drink.
Recommended amount:1 or 2 servings of 30g per day. For adults. Not recommended as a sole power source.
