Description
The silicone gel dressings from Tiritas® Medical Small Scars increase the hydration of the horny layer of the skin, minimize itching and improve the redness of the scar. In addition, they protect scar tissue from bacteria. Treatment with Small Scars Medical Strips® should be started once the wound is closed, and it has a recommended duration of 3-4 months. After four weeks, the appearance of the scar will already have improved slightly. Small Scars® Medical Band-Aids are indicated for scars from cuts, ulcers, burns and severe acne. They contain a plastic case and several protective sheets to store the reusable dressing when not in use.
