Hola, hago una vida muy saludable y el médico internista me ha recomendado este complejo vitamínico para tratar el covid persistente. Mi pregunta es, engordan? La dosis recomendada es de 1 al dia.Me cuido mucho la alimentación y mi linea y camino casi a diario y hago estiramientos y no quisiera perder mi linea.
