Lactibiane Référence is a mixture of 4 rigorously selected probiotic strains:
- Bifidobacterium longum LA 101
- Lactobacillus acidophilus LA 102
- Lactococcus lactis LA 103
- Streptococcus thermophilus LA 104
Recommendations for use:
- 1 sachet or 1 capsule per day for 30 days. Dilute each sachet in a glass of water (150 to 200 ml) and drink before a meal.
- Swallow the capsules with a large glass of water, before a meal.
