Description

Interprox® Gel is a gel specifically formulated to remove oral biofilm (bacterial plaque) from interproximal spaces when used with interproximal brushes. The composition of Interprox® Gel and its specific properties allow it to quickly penetrate the interproximal space to prevent the appearance of caries and gum redness. It reduces biofilm formation in interproximal spaces thanks to the anti-plaque action of CPC (cetylpyridinium chloride), which is reinforced by the action of zinc lactate. It prevents the appearance of caries thanks to its sodium fluoride content. It cares for and protects gums thanks to the action of zinc lactate and allantoin. It is a non-abrasive gel that respects the tooth surface, especially indicated for application on the interproximal brush, ensuring that the active ingredients reach all interproximal spaces.

Composition:

Cetylpyridinium Chloride (0.3%) Prevents plaque formation.
Zinc Lactate (0.14%) Increases the substantivity of CPC, caring for and protecting the gums. Works against bad breath.
Allantoin (0.10%) Helps maintain healthy gums, preventing redness and reducing the buildup of oral biofilm.
Sodium Fluoride (1,450 ppm) Remineralizes enamel and prevents tooth decay.
Non-abrasive gel. Respects the dentin surface and acts as a lubricant to facilitate penetration and movement of the brush in the interproximal space.

Indications:

Interprox® Gel is indicated for use with interproximal brushes.

Use:

Choose the most appropriate interproximal brush size for each space. Then apply the gel directly to the brush (it is important that the brush is inserted loosely, so that the brush filaments, not the wire, are in contact with the teeth).

Move the brush from the inside out, without turning it. For greater effectiveness, insert the brush from both sides.

For proper interproximal hygiene, repeat these steps in each interproximal space, rinsing the brush after each use.

Once you've finished brushing the interproximal spaces, rinse the brush thoroughly with water to remove any remaining Interprox® Gel.
