The presence of a saline buffering system, which maintains the pH of the ocular film at physiological values, contributes to creating an environment that protects the eyes from microbial attack. The moisturizing and refreshing action of the distilled water of Calendula, Chamomile and Euphrasia provides rapid and prolonged relief to the eyes. Specific compatibility tests have demonstrated the safety of use of the product in the presence of contact lenses.
