Description
Ectodol® Ophthalmic Solution is a solution containing 2% Ectoin® to reduce inflammation of the conjunctiva. Relieves symptoms such as red, itchy and watery eyes. Ectoine is a cell-protecting molecule, with inflammation-reducing and membrane-stabilizing properties. Ectodol® ophthalmic solution is a medical product that contains Ectoin®, a molecule of natural origin known for its ability to protect cells. Ectoin® has anti-inflammatory and cell membrane stabilizing properties. This isotonic ophthalmic solution is designed to reduce inflammation of the conjunctiva, relieving symptoms such as red eyes, itching and excessive tearing. In addition, Ectodol® ophthalmic solution helps in the regeneration process of irritated and sensitive conjunctiva. It is suitable for use on children and people with sensitive eyes, and is also compatible with the use of contact lenses.

Instructions for using Ectodol® ophthalmic solution:
- Always follow the instructions for use. If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use.
- Apply 1-2 drops to each eye several times a day, unless otherwise directed by your doctor. Children under 10 years old should be assisted with the application.
- Detach a container from the strip and open it by turning the tab.
- Tilt your head back and pull your lower eyelid down with your index finger while looking up.
- With your other hand, gently squeeze the container and drop one or two drops into the conjunctival sac of the eye.
- Make sure the container does not touch your eye. Close your eye slowly to disperse the solution as best as possible.
- Repeat the procedure on the other eye.
