Tryptophan 593 mg, Bulking agent (Microcrystalline cellulose), Magnesium oxide 261 mg, Magnesium bisglycinate 251 mg, Bulking agent (Magnesium stearate ), Ashwagandha (root) dry extract (Withania somnifera Ratio 13:1 5% wintanolides) 40 mg, Rhodiola (root) dry extract (Rhodiola rosea 3% rosavinas 1% salidrosides) 40 mg, Saffron (stigma) dry extract (Crocus sativus L. with 2% safranal contribution. From the patented Safr'Inside™ extract, based on scientific studies) 30 mg, Colorant (Beet), Anti-caking agent (Silicon dioxide), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 2 mg.
How to use:
- Take 2 tablets a day. One before breakfast and another before lunch or dinner.
- Take at specific times.
