DormiNatur tablets have an immediate release outer shell and a slower release central core (throughout the night).
The outer layer of Melatonin is released immediately and helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
The central nucleus combines passion flower and GABA. Both are released later. Passionflower helps a relaxed sleep. GABA is an active amino acid in the nervous system.
1 tablet contains:
- Melatonin 1.85mg.
- Ext. Passionflower 150mg.
- Gaba 100mg.
How to take DormiNatur Tablets?
DormiNatur is presented in tablets. Each DormiNatur container contains 30 tablets. It is recommended to take one tablet a day, ensuring that it is always taken at the same hour and half an hour before going to bed.
The beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of between 1 and 2 mg of melatonin shortly before going to sleep. Melatonin helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep.

AGENTE DE CARGA: CELULOSA MICROCRISTALINA; EXTRACTO DE HOJAS DE PASIFLORA (Passiflora incarnata); GABA (ÁCIDO GAMMA-AMINOBUTÍRICO); ESTABILIZANTE: HIDROXIPROPILCELULOSA; AGENTE DE RECUBRIMIENTO: HIDROXIPROPILMETILCELULOSA; ESTABILIZANTE: ESTEARATO DE MAGNESIO; ANTIAGLOMERANTE: DIÓXIDO DE SILICIO; COLORANTE: DIÓXIDO DE TITANIO; MELATONINA; ESTABILIZANTE: ÁCIDO ESTEÁRICO; COLORANTE: ÍNDIGO CARMÍN.
En principio, ninguno de estos ingredientes interferiría en la metabolización de la glucosa.
