Recomiendo la rodillera, es muy cómoda y sujeta bien la rodilla evitando que se pueda desplazar lateralmente. Lo único que no me gusta es que el material donde van metidos los flejes no es de muy buena calidad, dos días usándola y ya se ha hecho un agujero en la tela, quizás deberían reforzarlo
