INDICATIONS

• Provides primary stabilization for the first metacarpophalangeal (MCF) and first carpometacarpal (CMC) joints. , as well as secondary support for the radiocarpal and radioulnar wrist joints.
• Provides stability for injuries to the base of the thumb at the CMC joint, such as Bennett or Rolando fractures, or to stabilize a painful CMC joint.
• Also useful for confirmed or suspected navicular (scaphoid) fractures, and for injuries or arthritis involving the trapezoidal or trapezoidal bones of the wrist.

< b>SPECIFICATIONS AND BENEFITS

• The ability to thermoform and custom fit the brace to the patient's limb ensures a comfortable fit. It is required to thermoform the splint with a conventional oven at 50ºC between half a minute and two minutes. Fitting should be performed by a healthcare professional.
