I bought the Aircast boot on the 16th nov and brought it to my Trauma surgeons appointments on Monday he does not think it would be suitable for me . it is still in the bag it did not come in a box like the photo it came in a plastic bag inside a brown box without any name of the company .I just came out of the cast on Monday can I return it.

Hola Me operaron de fractura pilón tibial derecho tipo A y peroné derecho conminuta. El día 31 de agosto se cumplen 6 semanas y tengo cita con el especialista cuando se cumplirá el plazo que en un principio se dijo para quitarme la férula que me pusieron para tener en este tiempo el pie inmovilizado y en alto sin apenas movimiento Este tipo de bota me puede valer para luego cuando me digan de empezar a apoyar el pie ? Es para poder consultarlo con el especialista si es factible.
Buenas tardes! Este tipo de bota puede ser utilizada después de la inmovilización o incluso durante la misma, así como en períodos postoperatorios; según valore el médico. O sea que podría comentárselo en la visita, puesto que podría ser una buena opción.

Hola, Hoy me he fracturado el quinto metatarso y me han enyesado hasta debajo de la rodilla. La Dra me ha comentado q podía cambiar el yeso por la bota pero no me ha especificado si la larga o la corta. Veo en las especificaciones que con la corta tendría suficiente pero entonces no entiendo por qué me han enyesado hasta tan arriba. Me podéis decir q bota me recomendáis? La larga o la corta? La bota corta está indicada para fracturas de los metatarsianos, así que sería suficiente a no ser que la doctora indique lo contrario.

Me gustaría saber cuanto mide de alto esta bota alta en talla s, ya que soy bajita (1,6) y me gustaría saber si necesitaría la corta.

El walker largo talla S tiene una longitud interior aproximada de 36 cm (exterior 40 cm). Si la fractura es en el tercio inferior de la pierna o el tobillo, deberías escoger el walker largo independientemente de tu altura.

Hi I received my product very quickly but unfortunately my trauma surgeon didn’t think it would be suitable for me when I have my cast removed so I asked if it was possible to return and you very kindly said it would be picked up the following Tuesday but it is still here and has not been picked up ,.and I wrote another email asking what address should I put on the package so far I have not heard a reply . Please let me know when my package will be picked up and what address I should write on it kind regards Geraldine

¡La bota es genial! Llame para comprobar stock y me atendieron super bien. El envío super rápido (me llegó en menos de 24 horas). La bota ha dado la vida, especialmente en verano. La posibilidad de apoyar el pie y poder abrirlo un momento para refrescar o rascarte el pie es maravilloso.
