Use of heat: In some cases, such as torticollis and lumbago, heat is more indicated to soothe pain.
How to use:
Cold:Store in a fridge or freezer. It remains flexible and advantageously replaces the ice pack. Dry and apply on the skin previously protected by a cloth.
Heat:Heat in water at around 60º for 5 to 10 minutes and apply to the skin protected by a cloth.
