Dosage of the Digestion Pack:
DIGEST GOLD by Enzymedica: Adults should take 1 capsule with each main meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner), without exceeding the recommended daily dose.
SIKAPUR by Vitae:
- For acute symptoms: Take 2 sachets 3 to 5 times a day, between meals or before going to bed. After symptoms have relieved, continue with 1 sachet 3 times a day for a few days.
- For chronic problems:Adults should take 1 sachet 3 times a day, on an empty stomach or between meals.
DIGEBIANE RFx by Pileje: Take 1 to 4 chewable tablets a day, after main meals and before going to bed. Space at least 2 hours apart if taking other oral treatments.
