How it works:
It is formulated for the treatment of the signs and symptoms of dry skin (xerosis):
- The film-forming effect of stringy Vaseline and liquid paraffin:
- Physically inhibits evaporation, thus preventing dehydration (loss of water).
- Exerts a barrier effect against external damage.
In addition, the moisturizing effect of glycerol helps to maintain the water balance in the skin.
Thanks to its formulation, DEXERYL® Cream also reduces and helps prevent irritation.

- Glycerol:
Moisturizing action. Captures water molecules to hydrate the layers of the epidermis.
A hygroscopic molecule that favors the movement of water towards the epidermis
- Filante Vaseline and liquid paraffin:
Protective action. They create a protective film on the skin.
A protective barrier that limits the transepidermal loss of water.
Mode of application:
Exclusively for external use. Apply a thin layer of cream to the skin area to be treated once or twice a day, or more often if necessary, but never more than 6 times a day.
