INGREDIENTS
Hydrolyzed collagen protein 91 g, citrate of Magnesium 8.7 g, calcium L-ascorbate (vitamin C) 440 mg, hyaluronic acid 227 mg.
DOSAGES
Take 11 grams daily (the entire content of the dispenser) dissolved in a minimum of 150 ml of: water, milk (alone or with coffee, cocoa...), vegetable drinks and other liquids, or yogurt.
