How to apply
- Clean your skin: The adhesive does not adhere well to wet, oily, or moisturized skin; wash and dry your nose before applying the strip.
- Placement is critical: Place the sticky side of the strip just above where your nose/nostrils flare.
- Breathe easy: Gently rub the strip to ensure adhesion to your nose. Breathe deeply. You'll start breathing easier now.
- Remove the strip: Wash your face with warm water for 10 seconds, then gently lift the strip on both sides and remove it. That's it!
