How to use:

To know what day you should get tested, you first have to determine the length of your menstrual cycle. (See instructions for use)

You can take the test at any time of the day:

1. Remove the test from the packaging and remove the protective cap.
2. Soak the absorbent part of the test with your urine for about 10 seconds.
3. Replace the cap, and place the test in a horizontal position.
4. Wait 3-5 minutes to read the result.

Reading the proof:

If it is positive and you are ovulating: 2 lines will appear in the control area.

If it's negative:1 line will appear in the control zone, which means you're not ovulating yet.
