Because Barimix contains both water- and fat-soluble vitamins, it is generally recommended to consume it with a meal. This may improve the absorption of certain nutrients while reducing the risk of gastrointestinal upset, which can otherwise occur when taking a multivitamin on an empty stomach.
It is not recommended to take with food supplements and foods rich in calcium.
