Bach developed this original Bach Flower formula to help with emotional serenity, when something affects you in your daily life. Bach developed a formula from five flowers: Impatiens, Star of Bethlehem, Cherry Plum, Rose Rock and Clematis.
Available in 10 and 20ml bottles. To take it, simply add four drops to a glass of water or apply it directly to the tongue.
