Hola, tengo una duda llevo muchos años tomando Arkosterol plus q10 Ahora ha salido al mercado él Arkosterol plus complete Veo que este último debe ser más completo, pero los ingredientes del plus son más y diferentes y con más cantidad Tengo muchas dudas si cambiar al complete o seguir con el plus Gracias
