Description

The Aluneb Hypertonic Kit includes a nasal nebuliser device and 20 vials of 3% hypertonic solution, designed to decongest and fluidise nasal secretions. This kit helps reduce inflammation of the nasal mucosa and acts as an adjuvant in the prevention of rhino-oro-pharyngeal infections such as rhinitis, sinusitis, otitis, tonsillitis, laryngitis and pharyngitis. The nebuliser solution contains high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, xylitol and sea water, providing effective relief and additional protection for the respiratory tract.

Indications:

Adjuvant in the treatment of tonsillitis, laryngitis, pharyngitis, rhinitis, sinusitis and otitis.
Releases mucus from the nose, helping to eliminate excessive nasal secretions.
Rinopharyngeal conditions characterized by congestion and impaired mucociliary clearance.
In the postoperative period of nasal surgery.
Hydrates the respiratory tract and stimulates mucociliary clearance.
Facilitates breathing, feeding and sleeping in infants.
In aerosol therapy, it can be used as an adjuvant in the treatment of bronchiolitis.
In aerosol therapy, it can be used to dilute medications.

Dosage:

Use with nebulizer device or nasal douche:

Children up to 6 years: As needed, 1 to 2 vials, 1 or 2 times a day.
Children over 6 years and adults: As needed, 1 to 2 vials, 2 or 3 times a day.
Distribute the contents of the vial between both nostrils.
Infants: Apply a few drops directly into the nose.
It is recommended to wash preferably when getting up, before meals and before going to bed.
