How to use the product:
How to put on the Actimove Sports Edition adjustable wrist stabilizer: slip your wrist through the splint and secure the straps
Unfasten the thumb and wrist straps and slide your injured hand through the Actimove Sports Edition wrist stabilizer. The product comes with an integrated, anatomically shaped support that should rest on your palm and wrist. If it's on the back of your hand, remove the product, take the support out of the pocket, and place it in the opposite pocket so the curve of the support rests on the inside of your palm and wrist. Then, slide your hand back into the wrist stabilizer and pull it up your forearm until it sits comfortably on your wrist. Secure the Actimove wrist stabilizer by fastening the three straps with your opposite hand; improper fastening can worsen the situation. Turn your hand over and fasten the last strap to prevent tendonitis and other problems.
How to care for your product:
Remove the metal support and close the Velcro straps before washing. The Actimove Sports Edition wrist stabilizer can be hand-washed or machine-washed on a gentle cycle (40°C) with mild detergent. Do not dry clean, bleach, tumble dry, or iron. Lay the wrist stabilizing splint flat to dry and make sure it is completely dry before use. Do not use laundry additives such as fabric softener, bleach, or stain remover.
